ShipN’Go Courier is a freight forwarding and logistics company that makes it easy to shop, ship, and receive packages from the USA, Canada, China, and the UK to Jamaica. We offer air freight, sea freight, last-mile delivery, and purchasing assistance.
How Do I Activate My Account?
Signing up is free and easy! Simply visit our website, click Sign Up, and fill in your details. Once registered, you’ll receive your unique Miami shipping address to use when shopping online.
Where are your locations?
We operate conveniently located pickup points across Jamaica. You can find a full list of our locations and opening hours on our Locations page.
How do I get my ShipN’Go shipping address?
Once you sign up, we’ll email you your personal shipping address (including your name and account number). Use this address as your “Shipping Address” when shopping online.
What countries can I ship from?
You can ship with us from the USA – via Miami, Canada, China, and the UK. We offer both air and sea options depending on origin and service.
How often do you ship?
Typical schedule: USA → Jamaica: 5X weekly (Monday–Friday). China → Jamaica: Air (Weekly), Sea (Monthly). Canada & UK→ Jamaica: Bi-Weekly consolidated shipments.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the origin: Estimated delivery times: USA: 24–72 hours after leaving Miami; China: 7–14 business days by Airfreight, 4–6 weeks by Sea freight; Canada & UK: 4–6 weeks by Sea freight only. Times can vary with customs and carrier schedules.
What items can I ship?
You can ship most consumer goods including clothing, electronics, shoes, books, and personal items. Some restricted or prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, perishable food, and flammable goods. See our Prohibited Items List for full details.
Do you offer consolidation services?
Yes! We can consolidate multiple packages into one shipment to save you on shipping costs. Just request consolidation via your online dashboard before your packages are processed.
Do you offer purchasing services?
Yes, if you don’t have a credit card or want us to shop on your behalf, we offer a Shop & Ship service. Just send us the product links, and we’ll handle the purchase and shipping for you.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Our rates are based on the weight or volumetric weight of your package (whichever is greater). You can check our Rates Page to estimate the cost of shipping before ordering.
Do you deliver to my door?
Yes! We offer door-to-door delivery in select areas. You can request delivery when your package arrives, and one of our bearers will bring it straight to you.
How do I track my package?
You can track your package anytime by logging into your ShipN’Go account. You’ll also receive email or SMS updates when your package arrives and is ready for pickup or delivery.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Yes, customs duties and taxes are charged by the Jamaica Customs Agency and must be paid before you receive your package. We’ll notify you of the charges once assessed and help guide you through the process.
Can you clear high-value or commercial shipments?
Yes, we offer customs brokerage and clearance services for commercial shipments, bulk cargo, and high-value goods. Contact us before shipping for assistance with documentation.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
We take great care with your items, but in the rare event of loss or damage, we offer limited liability coverage. You may also purchase full coverage insurance for high-value items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Cash (at our locations), Bank transfer, Online payment (coming soon), Debit & credit cards (select branches).
Can I ship very large or heavy items?
Yes! We handle large freight shipments including barrels, pallets, appliances, and furniture. Sea freight is recommended for heavy cargo. Contact us for a quote.
Can I change my pickup location after shipping?
Yes, you can request a location change through your dashboard or by contacting our customer care team before your package is processed for pickup.
